Qualification & Education Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree qualification in any field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience with successful track record
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin & English with strong negotiation
    skills.
  • Strong digital marketing skill are preferred.
  • Possess own transport

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop company’s client base by identifying potential prospects and closing deals
  • Maintain good relationship with existing clients and identify business opportunity to
    upgrade contracts and packages
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Maintain a database of contact information
  • Able to obtain high impact revenue
  • Handle pre-tender related work and follow up until the the project awarded
  • Follow up progress claim with clients
  • Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and
    performance goals.
  • Prepare sales reports consistently.
  • Provide after sales service to clients if necessary
  • Assist in any other tasks

Qualification & Education Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U,
    bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing & branding strategies.
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.),
    exhibitions and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and
    competition ventures.
  • Initiate and control surveys to access customer requirements and dedication.
  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website
    material etc.)
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaborations
    in promotional activities.
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of
    performance.
  • Design poster for social media posting.
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creation of CAD drawings for projects
  • Operate computer-aided drafting equipment or conventional drafting station to
    produce designs, drawings, charts, and records.
  • Ability to design using computer-aided design (CAD) software and draw drafts using
    free hand.
  • Work closely with engineers and designers to get the conceptual design and
    understanding of drawing specifications then develop detailed design drawings and
    revise drawing using CAD.
  • Coordinate the collection of data and incorporate this information into drawings.
  • Obtain and assemble data to complete civil designs and measurements as necessary
  • Prepare technical work drawings, tender, constructions and detailed drawings
    respectively.
  • Prepare proposed/construction/shop/as-built drawings for authority submission and
    presentation to client.
  • Consult or assist the engineers to carry out all production drawings.
  • Produce all drafting services and all relevant tasks for completing concept and
    detailed drafting of civil engineering, commercial building and assigned projects
  • Review and interpret accurately as per client specifications
  • Provide timely, accurate, and complete documentation that meets required project
    standards
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of telecommunications, infrastructural,
    design, structural, mechanical, and electrical materials and methods commonly used
    in commercial construction
  • Determine procedures and instruction to be followed, according to design
    specifications and quality of required materials

Qualification & Education Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of working experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role
  • Diploma/Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimal hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing
    methodologies
  • In-depth understanding of technical documentation
  • Team spirit
  • Able to work under stress and fast paced environment

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement the QA/QC management system at site.
  • Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub contractors and vendors coordinate
    all non destructive testing on site.
  • Coordinate with the customers representative on all quality matters.
  • Coordinate all receipt inspections.
  • Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors.
  • Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and
    standards.
  • Participate in the site internal and external site audits.
  • Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors.
  • Ensure all quality control documentation is complied and competed for as-built hand over.
  • Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action
  • Compete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses
  • Review the customers specification and undertake relevant training.
  • Complete and coordinate the approval of the sites QC technical submittals to the customer.
  • Elaborating inspection and test programs.
  • Ensure the safety is adhered to at site.
  • Essure all technical documents relative to site quality control are status.
  • Liaise with consultant, client, sub-con or any other sub-contractor
