As a subcontractor, we assist the main contractor in supplying or building of the assigned construction project. Design & Build
We Assist to design and build the entire building, including architecture, structure, M&E and Infrastructure
We assist in designing and constructing the building's structure, M&E, and infrastructure. We assist many companies in constructing temporary and permanent professional working quarters. Aside from working spaces, we also build structures for recreation, education, and sports purposes. For example, we are proud to be involved in several creative projects such as Gamuda Cove Go Gart, Eco World Ardence Lab, Dash Box Hotel at Magic Village, and others.
EPCC Contractor
We do engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning for the project according to client requirement, and to handover and complete the project
We do EPCC for the project according to clients’ requirements and hand over the completed project.
We offer engineering functions such as:
BASIC ENGINEERING – Project planning and cost estimation.
DETAIL ENGINEERING – Planning for plant components and construction engineering.
PROCUREMENT– Perform duties such as purchasing raw materials, invoicing, and keeping track of the latest transportation status.
CONSTRUCTION– Perform civil and structural construction functions.
M&E INSTALLATION – Install and connect M&E systems.
COMMISSIONING – Conduct a test run before putting the project into full operation.
Safety & Traning Consultant
We assist to design and build the entire building, including architecture, structure, M&E and infrastructure
