We are fully compliant with Akta 446 – Workers’ Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities Act, which was enforced by the Department of Labour Peninsular Malaysia (JTKSM) in 2020. To ensure fair treatment for workers, we also aim to raise awareness in every organisation.
We have a strong track record of providing high-quality living quarters for workers. We have delivered over 18,000 module quarters, each of which provides improved welfare for up to 6 workers. Since our establishment, we have had the privilege of helping more than 100,000 workers improve their living conditions. We are proud of the positive impact we have made and will continue to strive for excellence in the development and delivery of our modular solutions.
We constantly practice the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) standard to create a safe working environment and conditions for our employees. We aim to comply with the international OH&S at work to protect our most important asset – employees – by eliminating hazards and minimising risks.
